Catch this CONtractor
It took almost a year to locate Mr. Pariseau after he left my home in shambles.
The address on his card was inaccurate.
He has no business registration with the State of Colorado.
The only "Equity Builders" was a delinquint company that has an owner NOT Jef Pariseau.
Further research could not find this flim flam man on any Colorado Secretary of States databases.
When Mr. Pariseau's address was finally identified process servers made numerous attempts to serve Mr. Pariseau.
The woman seen on Mr. Pariseau's Facebook Page,

apparently lied to Niwot Police Officers that she was merely Mr. Pariseau's "roommate" -- It would appear as if they are no strangers to dodging process servers!

Home Advisor is aware of the apparently unethical business practices of this man.
They offered $500.00 as a settlement, but in exchange, this site could not be put up, nor could I publicly tell this story --
They can keep their $500.
Don't make the same mistake I did --
I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO LET THIS MAN NEAR THEIR HOME. His work is beyond shoddy -- He is dishonest and unethical.
Home Advisor has an obligation to protect all of us from these kind of people who call themselves contractors, when all they really are are CONtractors.
